This weeks challenge is simple and relaxing. Challenge yourself to see what isn't there.
We're off to do some cloud gazing. Grab yourself a nice patch of grass, maybe some friends, and lie down. Spend an hour or two analysing the clouds that drift by and see what you can find. Can you see any animals? How about everyday objects? Can you invent new items? It's relaxing and relaxation helps to open up the mind.
After you've done this it's time to go for a walk. Head off around your suburb or a local park or anywhere else that's interesting. Be aware of everything you see around you and see if you can spot anything there. Does the bark on a tree remind you of some clothing? Does a shadow remind you of a spaceship? The light exercise is also good for the mind.
Now you've got back and presumably are in a great mood. Make sure you use it to your advantage.
